Cancelling Account?

Hi,

I am currently hosted by F2S and I am due to pay for another years hosting at the end of November. I want to cancel this now so there isn't a "problem" later on. I also have a .f2s.com website with them under the same username as my paid for domain etc. If I cancel, do I lose my whole account or can I still use the .f2s.com website?

What is the best way to get my account cancelled?

Hi,

If you cancel now, you will lose your f2s.com subdomain, the only way to keep it would be to sign up with, or renew another product or service from Freedom2Surf.

Generally, you get a better result via the phone, than you do via email.
