is it %20 or %10 ?? you advertise as %20 but it says %10 ??? why?

It is unfortunately now only 10%. Can you let me know where it is still being advertised as 20%?

Thanks for pointing this out Jay, this has now been corrected. My apologies for this oversight. Sadly the 20% discount is no longer available on any website (not just this one) due to a change in policy.
