Hi,
Could someone please point me in the general direction of the file types that you can store on a mysql database.
What I want to do is have the user record their voice (say 10 seconds) and upload this for replay at a later date.
Could I store it in the database or would I have to use the database as an index and upload the file to the server?
Thanks,
Dom. |

You can store the files in the database if you base-64 encode them first (http://uk2.php.net/manual/en/function.base64-encode.php) - the file type doesn't matter. |
