 Recommendations for Java server

Hi All

Recommendations appreciated for a good/ very reliable server with php/ ,Mysql and the following pls:

1. Server must support Java servlets
2. Server must allow Port communication (any port)
3. Server must have a Private JVM, so that it can be restarted whenever needed (without waiting for the server company to restart)
4. Servlets should run at startup (through admin interface)
