 PHPMyadmin Error, Can Anyone shed any light?

Just get this when trying to run off a backup :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3772416 bytes) in /var/www/html/phpMyAdmin-2.4.0/tbl_dump.php on line 397

Sounds like the backup is just too large, or that your server is overloaded... I often get that error on a phpBB related site, never known why though.

, it's only 3MB or so though, didn't think it would need SSH, but oh well.

I know the SSH command to restore DB's, but am not sure on the one to backup DB's, what is it?

That does it on Plesk, so it'll be something similar for Ensim...
