Selecting Latest 10 Articles but Not First Article

Hi,

I am using the current line of PHP to pull the latest 10 article headlines out of my database containing them :

@$outcome=mysql_query("SELECT * FROM articles ORDER BY adate DESC,atime DESC LIMIT 10");

What I want to do however, is not pull the latest article out of the DB, I want to pull the next ten AFTER the latest article, I can't remember the code you use for this, anyone can help?
