I paid for a web site that was supposed to have statistics provided by the Webalizer. It didn't work for three months. After over a month of trying to get it fixed, it finally started working. Now my FrontPage counter is perpetually stuck at 1 and I can't upload to my web site again.
I suspect that someone went in to fix it and somehow screwed up my password. I have emailed three different people but it has been three days now and nothing has been done.
I must say that my experience with this web hosting has not been good.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I live in the U.S. , so phoning them is a last resort. It has now been five days and I have had no response and still cannot get in my web site.
