F2S/SHTML Problem

Why do I get the following message sometimes on my index page as soon as I type my address in, there's no forms on the page!

Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /index.shtml.

do you have shtml enabled, some servers dont have it enabled by default :)

insert into your .htaccess file

AddHandler server-parsed .shtml

Make sure you have phpBB installed already @ f2s, otherwise, you won't be able to use your f2s db data on a phpBB board @ another host (seems obvious, but...). If you're using phorum/YaBB/something else, you'll need to use a converter.
