Help me to make a right choice in terms of buying a quality server - aspnix.com and maxihost.com.br - which host would you sign up with? Any why?

If they respond quickly, is the reply friendly, does it answer all your questions and is personal? If so you can move onto the next step. You may find with the big hosting companies (hostgator ect) they might reply quickly but it will be some untrained Indian guy copying and pasting responses.

Use a server from time-tested companies like legionbox.com and wmd.hosting.
These companies have a nice reputation for providing stable hosting services on favorable terms along with superb customer services.
Servers are well-balanced and network is fully-redundant.
