I realise this may not be possible, but...
I have added some MP3s to a site I have made for a band. I was wondering - is it possible to put album art on the server with the MP3s, so Media Player will show it when the MP3 file is directly opened? |

To get Windows Media Player to show the album art you'd have to add the art to the actual MP3 files. I don't know which software does this, but iTunes does it (simply drag the art into the album art area in iTunes). |

It worked. d/l'd itunes, attached the album art to the MP3's and uploaded them to the server, and now the album art appears when you open the MP3s in Media Player. Delightful. |

Nope, I'm not interested, I find it quite funny actually that Apple bother advertising it on their UK homepage, because it's a useless piece of junk when you can't buy anything wtih it. |

I guess they consider the other new features in 4.5 worthy of a mention. I believe that Europe will be able to buy throught their music store soon.
A similar thing happened with iPhoto, Apples image management program. People in the US could order prints/albums direct from the software from the outset - several years on and the UK has just been given the feature too...
I'm not really that bothered about being able to buy through iTunes anyway. I primarily use it as an MP3 player/music management tool. |
