Apache (500 Internal Server Error)

Hello

First of all i don't have internet connection Sad

, i would like to test my cgi scripts offline.I've installed perl & Apache 2.0 on win98 platform, when i'm going to execute any .cgi & .pl scripts the browser displays following error messege.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, host@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

pls anyone give me a solution for this problem
