I wonder if the company called cirtexhosting.com could be called reliable?
Their deals suit excellently to my needs and I'd get their package, if I knew they are worth of dealing with.

This is really hard to find outstanding hosting but some below points could make difference.
1) Reliability
2) Instant support
3) cheaper than others but service is equivalent to others
4) Server Response |

They are very active and have pretty good reputation on the webhostingtalk.com and that might be really good sign for you here. |
