34SP should be upgrading the server on which 4WebHelp resides to Plesk 5 today (probably this morning). This will cause some downtime, probably roughly an hour.

The upgrade didn't actually take place today. It will take place tomorrow, but the good news is that it should actually only last ten minutes instead of an hour Very Happy.

Edit: The upgrade has now taken place. As expected it lasted 10-15 minutes.
