I signed up for f2s a few days ago (paid services) but don't know how long time i should expect to wait for everything to start working. Does anyone here know?

It wasn't an old account I chose to pay for it's a new one with domain name. Since I've never done that before I haven't got a clue to how long it should take. And yes, I have emailed f2s asking about this but no answer and I didn't find any info on their site about it.

Any info is appreciated.

What is working is that i can log into f2s "members login" and thats all. When i try to connect with a ftp client i get "hostname cannot be resolved" (yes i used the correct address). I haven't got any mails whatsoever from f2s telling me what to expect or even a confirmation of the purchase (although I can see that the money's been withdrawn).

Just curious Andrew, do you know from experience that it should work the next day or are you just guessing?

F2S obviously haven't activated your account yet. You'll just have to wait until they do, and then you'll probably get a welcome email from them.

Ok, thanks.
You don't happen to know how long that might take?

It all depends on how busy F2S staff are. I don't know if they work very much during the week-end.

I should probably tell you that my site is up and running. No problems.
