[Done] Upgrade to phpBB 2.0.4

I am planning on upgrading to phpBB 2.0.4 sometime in January, even though the planned release date is sometime before Christmas. This is because I would like to get the winter theme out of the way before fiddling with file changes Very Happy

Even though phpBB 2.0.4 has not been released, I have performed the upgrade. As usual, please report any bugs to this thread.

I just remembered im resonsible for 11 phpbb2 boards
