no access to db.host.sk

nowadays i decided to check my site, and to see how it works. As the browser displayed it, i saw some errors on it like: cannot connetc to database.
i tried to enter db.host.sk with my user/pass but I couldnt. Does host.sk abolished access to databasefor some users? or maybe there's another problem?
At the middle of april everything worked well.

Hmm, I signed up and tried to setup a database. However, the max for signing up for a SQL database has been reach. They said , "try later on the site". Anyone knows when "later" is?
