If I have to buy a quality shared account which host is better to sign up with - keenweb.co.uk or hostlatch.com?

I know really nice feature-rich and cheap shared hosting deals offered by Demontech.net - many people appreciate them.
Phenomenal Customer Service! Their customer support is far superior than others (what I been advised by others, who use other providers). |

You can try m6.net and qhoster.com - they are two web hosts I trust.
It is a good idea to speak to web host's representative to make sure that you'll receive exactly what you need. They will find the best fit for your needs. |
