Hi,
I've been an F2S user for quite a number of years now, and always been pretty happy with the service. Now I'm planning to move up to ADSL 512.
Wondering what people's experiences of this have been?
Any opinions welcomed...
Cheers,
Darrell. |

They get very good reviews over at ADSLGuide.org.uk, check out the ISP Comparison over at their site and also the F2S Forum at http://bbs.adslguide.org.uk/postlist.pl?Cat=&Board=f2s
Although they are upgrading their network capcity and are asking people to give them between 15-20 days from signup to activation.
Although you do get your 20mb of webspace back if you sign up..... |

Signed up and was activated in 6 working days, but (there had to be one..) I am waiting for my modem i ordered via them (fuji 310) had to ring to find out where it is (lost points for not emailing me why) seems F2s are out of stock and waiting for more to arrive tommorow they said so i should have one by the end of the week... Looks like my line will have been active a week before i get to use it...
If there is one thing you could fault them on its not realy keeping you informed on whats going on, Ok you get order recived then if lines OK a activation date. but its things like NO modems why the heck cant they mail you and let you know...would have saved me a whole weekend of balling at wife and kid.... and having to ring them twice coz they didn't ring back grrrr |
