After F2S I moved to www.nvphost.com
It's quite like f2s, but for free host don't run cgi...

WHAT I MUST DO????
Is there a website like www.fremysql.com for mysql that offer fre possibility of installing cgi???

No, but you could use something list http://free.prohosting.com which has ads for the CGI and NVPHost with no ads for the rest of your site.

. Then again I dont see any reason to use a free host when the likes of cyberwings charge so little?

The homepage of NVPHost has always been deed but the user home pages have good uptime. I created http://www.phpnova.nukien.com with them.

It comes in the welcome email. If you didn't get it then you probably never signed up (make sure you didn't sign up for a phpNuke account instead).
