cron jobs

Hello

I am trying to learn Cron Jobs. Does anyone know of a good resource to learn the commands that can be used with Cron?

I am using cPanel and I want to use Cron to save my daily raw access files to a folder on the server.

There are a lot of other things that I want to do with Cron but this is the first thing I need to do.

A quick search on Google should turn up some useful tutorials. There's also our very own cron tutorial.
