Same kind of stuff really but for free?
Preferably with no bandwidth restrictions, but only 5MB will suffice if that's all that seems to be on offer these days.
Thanks

Portland.co.uk offers 100mb bandwidth/month, but they're not very good. |

Yep, I'm an ex-reseller of Portland and they were great until like a year ago then it all went **** up so I moved my domains to F2S, and had a free account to store images off my main webspace.
Now I've got to move all those images and stuff to a new server which is nightmare so I've got to find a new one quickly. |

Will a user placeable banner particuarly bother you? if not try posting in the webhosting offers forum at freewebspace.net, it'll be more than likely a paid host with make you an offer as long as you have their banner on every page, which will be user placeable
Maybe a good idea to post with the title as free hosting wanted in exchange for banner |
