What is the address to connect to?
This will depend on your server, host and the operating system it is running. However, on most hosts who run all services off one server (ie: the mail, web and db server are on the same server), this address will be `localhost`. If this address does not work (even though in most cases it will), then ask your host or visit their support pages.
